RGIS Business Update: June 2, 2020

Dear Valued RGIS Partner,

It has been almost three months of living in uncertain and challenging times, and we hope that you and your family continue to remain healthy and safe. Moments like this truly remind us all that we are in this together, and kindness is all around us. We have come a long way by doing our part in keeping our communities and people safe, and we remain committed to staying the course.

We at RGIS are extremely grateful for our strong partnerships, communities, and people. We want to personally thank you for all of your support and patience during this time. We are excited about our future together and we invite you continue to stay connected with RGIS by following us on LinkedIn and Twitter.

As our last weekly business communication, I want to share our recent business update.

  • We are excited to be back servicing our customers, and we look forward to building an even stronger partnership with you – thank you again for all of your support.  
  • We are focused on the safety of our customers, people, as well as the communities. As we return to your stores, our teams will be trained and equipped appropriately according to health official guidelines set per state and per city orders. We respect these protocols, and it is important to us to stay in compliance.
  • During this time we focused on several service enhancements and the one we are most excited about is our new Automated Customer Event Scheduling tool. ACES will allow us to get inventory dates placed more efficiently as well as with a higher success rate of meeting your scheduling parameters. This improves turnaround time on your schedule requests, and reduces potential rework for both parties.
  • We wanted to take a moment to thank our frontline workers at RGIS who have been in their community supporting our partners during the pandemic, cleaning carts and shelves, restocking shelves, and assisting in cleaning stockrooms. These courageous employees lived our RGIS values every step of the way and we are so proud of them. 

Our lives may have changed throughout this period, but our mindset remains fixed and our core values will continue to be our compass. Over the past few months, we have appreciated the feedback from you and the RGIS family, and we are thankful of your support and partnership. As always, we are here for you, and we will continue to stay committed to keep you updated in a timely manner.

We wish you and your loved ones good health. Please continue to follow the authorities' recommendations for public health and safety.
